Elizabeth Trembley, MA, LPCA

Elizabeth’s theoretical foundation is a person-centered and depth-oriented approach. This means holding to the fact that every person has within themselves an inherent wisdom, intelligence, and capacity to heal and grow. She uses a combination of modalities and techniques to guide clients towards their goals, drawing upon Jungian analytical psychology, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), existential-humanistic, attachment theory, post-modern approach, and family systems with the clinical acumen to serve the unique needs of each client. She blends her clinical experience with the latest research and cultural developments.
